Carolyn Rauen Nature/Landscape Photographer
I am an Occupational Therapist, Photographer, and Artist. I started oil painting when I was 12 years old and continued to paint as an adult. In my early thirties I decided that photography was an artistic outlet that I wanted to explore. I started by taking pictures of my boys and landscapes at our family farm. It evolved to include my passion for our National Parks and nature's beauty. Our Family loves the outdoors. Every year for two weeks a year we leave Iowa to explore a different area of the country with our boys. We love hiking. Our boys have a lot of energy, so we love to explore nature on our trips by hitting the trails. I created this website to share some of the photos from our many adventures to the National Parks and beyond. I have a great passion to share the beauty of nature and wild places with others. I hope our travels help others and my boys gain a sense of adventure and appreciation for all the wonderous beauty our Earth has to offer.

Note Cards/Calendars
Packs of 10 note cards with pictures on front, inside, and back. Printed on high quality heavy cardstock. These cards include pictures from the Pacific Coast California, Rocky Mountain NP, Glacier NP, Yellowstone NP, Teton NP, Crater Lake NP, Yosemite NP, Cannon Beach, Golden Gate Bridge, and Oregon Coast. There is a good mix of color and black & white. I sell them for $20 for a 10 pack. For non-local purchases I accept PayPal and Venmo.
